To receive Insignia, you have to move up the ranking and pass ranking milestones. To get Insignia, the hero or team must play at least 3 ranking fights and have a ranking of at least 500 for one hero or a ranking of 1500 for a team of heroes. When rankings are reset, no rewards are given.
