Open your in-game mailbox and select the message with the newsletter.
Then press "Subscribe" and follow the further instructions.
If your account isn't signed up for the newsletter, open the game's menu > Settings > Account and press the Subscribe button.

Please note! Access to the newsletter subscription is unlocked upon reaching account level 3.
