To do this, tap your Hero's avatar in the top left-hand corner of the lobby screen.
In the window that appears, you can choose from the avatars, frames, and backgrounds available to you in their respective sections.

Please note! Once you've picked your desired avatar/frame/background, tap the Arrow in the top left-hand corner of the screen—the game will prompt you to save your changes.
