You can change your Hero's in-game name.
To do this, tap your Hero's avatar in the top left-hand corner of the lobby screen.
Then, on the right side of the screen, you'll see a pencil icon. Tap the icon and enter your desired name.

You can also access your Hero's profile by tapping the gear icon in the game lobby > Profile.
