Sometimes, Rubies from Tapjoy take 24 hours to arrive.
Tapjoy is a separate company, so if you have still not received your reward after 24 hours, please get in touch with the Tapjoy support team.
Before contacting Tapjoy about your issue, please ensure that:
1. You've checked all the conditions of the offer and have fully completed them
2. Over 24 hours have passed since you completed the offer
3. You're only playing the game from one device and are not attempting to complete the same offer twice.
If all of these points are true, then press on Request Support in the Reward Status sub-menu. You will then be prompted to fill in the relevant form.
Tapjoy will send you an email (don't forget to check your spam folder!).
This email will contain instructions about what to do next.
