Tapjoy is a different company and if you don't receive the gems after 24 hours you will need to contact Tapjoy support team.

Before contacting Tapjoy about your issue please make sure that:

1. You've checked all the conditions of the offer and completed them fully
2. 24 hours have passed since you've completed the offer
3. You were playing the game only from one device and were not trying to complete the same offer twice.

If you've checked all of the above you need to click <Request support> in "Reward Status" sub-menu of Tapjoy (there should be a list of your completed offers).
After that you will need to complete the form and submit it.

Tapjoy will send you an email on your email account (check your spam folder!).

Open this email (again, check your spam folder!) and follow the instructions in the email.
