To transfer progress between Android and iOS platforms, or within the same platform, you need to have access to the two devices you want to transfer progress between.

To transfer progress, you must link your progress to Google Play Games (Android) and/or App Store (iOS) in the game settings.

There are 2 buttons in the game settings that will help you transfer your progress between devices.

*GET CODE button. By tapping this button, you’ll be able to transfer your current progress to another device.

*ENTER CODE button. By tapping this button, you’ll be able to transfer another progress to the current device.

To transfer progress from the first device to the second, follow these instructions:

1. On the two devices, launch the game and go to the game settings, under the Account tab.

2. On the first device, tap TRANSFER PROGRESS >> GET CODE. When you tap this, the special CODE will be automatically copied to the clipboard of your device.

3. On the second device, tap TRANSFER PROGRESS >> ENTER CODE.

In the “Enter code to transfer progress:” field, you need to insert the same CODE from the first device.

In the “Enter previous account ID:” field, you need to enter the game ID of the progress from the first device. Your game ID can be found in the game settings, in the upper right corner.

4. Tap OK.

After these steps, the progress will be successfully transferred from the first device to the second one. At the same time, the progress on the first device will be reset to zero.

Note that progress can be transferred once every 30 days.

IMPORTANT: If you have an active subscription on your first device, when you transfer your progress, it will NOT be transferred to the new progress and will be canceled. In this case, wait for the active subscription period on your progress to expire, then transfer the progress and activate the subscription on the new device. If you had auto-renewal enabled on the first device, make sure to disable it!

IMPORTANT: You cannot transfer progress between servers, e.g. from US to EU. Progress can be transferred within the same server, for example from EU to EU or from US to US.

Hint: To avoid manually rewriting the CODE to transfer progress, you can send the copied CODE from the first device to the second device via messenger.
